What is the Adult Signature Requirement (ASR)?

The Adult Signature Requirement (ASR) is a key element of POUCHBUD's shipping policy, ensuring responsible delivery in states where ASR is legally mandated. This means that an individual aged 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to receive the package. A valid government-issued ID confirming the recipient's age must be presented, and a signature is required for the handover.

During checkout, you will be notified if your order is subject to the ASR.

To prevent delivery issues, please ensure that a valid ID is available when the carrier attempts delivery. Compliance with this requirement supports both legal standards and responsible retail practices, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Military Address Shipping

For orders to U.S. military addresses (DPO, FPO, APO), we offer USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Address

To avoid delays or a returned package due to failed delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your address while we are processing your order, please call us immediately at (405) 210-8879. We cannot guarantee that we can update your address before the order leaves our warehouse, but we will make every effort to do so.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for orders with incorrect addresses once they have been dispatched.
